Bella is your studio assistant in chat. You ask a question in plain language, and Bella answers – only from your real bookings, clients and payments. No invented demo numbers, and if something is missing, Bella says so honestly instead of guessing.
Answers only from your real data
Until now, "Who hasn't been in for a while?" or "Where's a gap?" meant jumping between lists yourself and doing the math in your head. With Bella you type the question, and she looks it up for you – in your real bookings, clients and payments. You see your question as a bubble, then the note "Bella is checking", then the answer. In the same conversation you can keep asking right away, like with a person.
Traceable instead of a black box
Every answer can carry a short line that explains where the statement came from. That way Bella never stays a mysterious box: you can trace what an answer is based on. And you stay in control – Bella takes the busywork off your hands, you make the decisions.
Honest when something is missing
Bella runs on your studio's own AI key. If none is set yet, Bella invents nothing but shows "Bella isn't set up yet" with a button straight into the settings. We'd rather show an honest gap than an invented answer or a dead button.
In your language, on every device
The greeting and answers come in your language (English, German, Spanish). Bella is always one tap away: on iPhone as a central entry point in the bottom bar, on iPad and Mac in the sidebar or via a keyboard shortcut – and as an "Ask Bella" card right at the top of your Today tab.
