Day & overview

Your whole day on one page

Open up in the morning, glance once, know where you stand. Today tells you your day before the first client walks through the door.

The Today area is your home screen after login: a warm greeting, four numbers for the day (appointments, done, open and income) and your day plan line by line – all from your real studio data, in your studio's time zone.

The Today area in Bellora on the iPad with the daily greeting, four tiles and the day plan
Today on the iPad – four tiles and your day plan at a glance.

Four tiles, your whole day

Right at the top is the daily greeting with your first name – depending on the time of day. Below it four tiles: how many appointments are on today, what's already done, what's still open, and – if you're allowed to see money – what came in net. If you don't have revenue access, the fourth tile shows a look ahead to tomorrow instead of the income.

Today's plan, line by line

Every appointment shows time, client (or "walk-in"), service and – if you're allowed – price. A colored dot shows the status: confirmed, done, cancelled, rescheduled. A small globe icon tells you a booking came in online through your page, and an "Unpaid" note makes sure no open payment slips through. A dedicated card "New since yesterday" gathers everything that came in overnight.

Money is seen only by those who should see it

Prices and income appear only for the owner, an admin or a team member with explicit revenue access. For everyone else the till stays invisible – they see the plan, but not your numbers. And the day window is built in your studio's time zone, daylight-saving-safe, so no appointment lands on the wrong day.

At home on every device

Today is fully featured everywhere: on iPhone as a "Today" tab with the four tiles in a 2×2 grid, on iPad and Mac as a calm desktop view with the tiles in a row and the content in a comfortably readable column. You switch the device, not the way you work.
