Does the tax preset replace my tax advisor?

No. The country presets are helpful starting values for rate and mode, expressly not an authoritative source of tax law. They save you typing but don't replace the advice.

What does "net revenue" mean here?

The value after deducting refunds and cancellations – that is, what really came in at the bottom line, calculated from your real payments, in your studio's time zone.

Net revenue is shown at a glance, with the split of paid vs. refunded and the number of payments. It's broken down where it counts: by payment method (cash, card, bank transfer, other), by service and by staff member. A new studio sees an honest zero here instead of invented demo amounts – what's shown here you can show your tax advisor without a knot in your stomach.

Tax that fits your country

Bellora keeps a tax preset ready for many countries: it pre-fills the label, the default rate, the mode (inclusive as in the EU/UK or on top as in the US/Canada) and the default currency. You can adjust the defaults as the owner. One invariant always holds – the same on invoice, PDF and export: net + tax = total. Important for honesty: the presets are helpful starting values, not an authoritative source of tax law – they don't replace the tax advisor.

Multiple currencies, honestly split

If you work in several currencies, Bellora shows each amount with the matching symbol. In the export it never sums across currencies – there's a TOTAL row per currency. Cleanly split is better than wrongly added. And revenue and invoices are seen only by the owner/admin or whoever has explicit revenue access.
