Checkout & sales
Your built-in till
Walk-in clients, a spontaneous product sale, a service in between – it all lands cleanly in your books, not beside them.
Walk-in / sale is your built-in till: pick a client, add services and products to the cart, take payment – and on full payment Bellora writes the invoice by itself. The same sale screen also sits inside every appointment, so you take payment for treatment and product in one go.

Two paths, one sale screen
Money comes in two ways. For a walk-in (no appointment) you pick the client or add a new one, fill the cart and take payment – the payment is attached to the client. At an appointment the booked service is already in the cart; you add products, take the full amount, and the invoice is linked to the appointment. You don't have to remember this: Bellora picks the right path depending on where you start.
No double payment, no wrong total
As soon as you start taking payment, the cart freezes: the amount paid, the amount shown and the invoice always cover the same items. If you tap "Take payment" twice or the app hangs for a moment, it's still charged only once – with exactly the right total. You can't miscount by accident, and per appointment there is exactly one active invoice.
The invoice is correct because it doesn't depend on you
Tax, your sender details, the client's details and the gapless invoice number are set by Bellora in the background – the app only shows you the gross amount. A deposit or partial payment deliberately doesn't yet create a full invoice; that comes only once everything really is paid. That way a wrong invoice over a half-paid amount never arises.
Taking money stays with you
Taking payment is limited to the owner and admin – not just as a hidden checkbox, but reliably. Your team doesn't see the till unless you grant it. As the payment method you choose cash, card, bank transfer or other; Bellora keeps the receipt but stores no card data itself.
