Care to take home, cleanly charged

The shampoo, the oil, the mask after the treatment – a range in one place that becomes an invoice line at the till.

iPhoneiPadMacWeb

In the Products area your sales range lives in one place: a clean retail catalog. You add a product once – name and price are enough – and at the till you pick it, set the quantity and take payment; it appears on the invoice automatically.

Adding a product in Bellora on the iPad with name, price, SKU and stock
Add a product – name and price are enough, the rest is optional.

Add once, always right

Only the name and price are required; SKU, stock and description are optional and stay empty if you don't need them. You see all your studio's products with the price and – if entered – SKU and stock per line. So no one on the team prices things differently anymore, and the price sits firmly in one place.

Straight into the sale

Active products are ready in the till flow: pick, set quantity, take payment – the invoice writes itself from it. On the sale, the name and price are copied into the invoice, not linked: if you later change a price, invoices already issued stay untouched. Inactive products deliberately don't show up in the till picker.

Delist without deleting

A product you no longer carry, you take out of the sale with the active switch – without destroying your history. Inactive products are dimmed in the list and marked with an "inactive" chip, so you immediately recognize what's out.

Roles cleanly separated

Adding and changing can only be done by the owner and admins – enforced not only in the interface. Your team sees the catalog but can't change anything. A product carries only factual data (name, price, optionally SKU/stock/description), no client data. A fresh studio sees an empty catalog with a friendly hint, no invented demo products.
