One well-kept place for your treatments

Prices, durations and the knowledge of who on your team really does what – in one place, maintained once.

iPhoneiPadMacWeb

The service catalog is the one truth for your treatments: you add them with price and duration variants, make them online-bookable, and see at a glance which team member may perform which service. From this, online booking, the calendar and availability draw their information.

Services, prices & options, skills and "who can do this?" – in one place.

Services with variants

You add a service with a name, an optional category, a default duration and a description – plus the "online-bookable" switch. Almost every treatment comes in variants (short and long, women's and men's); for each you add exactly those options, each with its own duration and its own price. On the card you see the price range right away as min–max. So the catalog reflects how your studio really works.

"Who can do this?" – the capability matrix

The quiet core of this area: for every active service you see which of your bookable staff may perform it. A service with no special requirement is open to everyone on the team. One with a requirement can only be done by those who hold all the required skills. If no one can do the service, you see a warning icon – before a client turns it into an appointment. So online booking suggests no appointments that no one can perform.

Archive instead of delete

A treatment you're not currently offering, you deactivate – it disappears from booking and from "who can do this?", but nothing is lost. When it comes back, you make it active again. Your history stays clean.

Your price list is protected

Adding, editing and switching active/inactive can only be done by the owner and admin – not just in the interface, but reliably behind it. Members see the catalog but may not change it. A new studio sees no invented demo catalog, but an empty one that you fill.
