Who can do what, who's in
So an appointment never lands with someone who doesn't do the treatment or is on holiday.
The Team menu brings your studio staff to a calm, orderly place – and at the same time is the basis for matching the right person to the right treatment on every booking.
Add staff and make them bookable
You add your staff with a name, a role and a profile photo; every new person is bookable by default. An inline switch per person controls whether they're online-bookable. Anyone switched off stays on the team but doesn't show up in online booking – handy during onboarding, parental leave or purely internal work. If there's no photo yet, Bellora shows friendly initials instead of an empty gap.
Skills and time off in view
In a dedicated tab you see each staff member's skills as chips – who does balayage, who nail design, who lashes. A further tab lists time off: holidays, sickness, training and special hours. So the knowledge no longer lives only in your head, and you see who's away when.
The quiet logic: the right match
In the background Bellora connects two things – who's bookable and who has which skill. A staff member is only suggested for a treatment if she's bookable and brings all the required skills. Treatments with no special requirement are open to the whole team. So your entries automatically become a correct match instead of a double booking no one can fulfill.
Clear permissions
The team may read, only the owner or admin may change – and that doesn't apply only in the interface. If someone without permission tries to save, there's a friendly message instead of a cryptic error. A fresh studio sees an honest empty state here – "No team yet" with a hint to get started, no invented example staff.
