Calendar & appointments

One calendar, no double bookings

Instead of a paper book, a phone note and a WhatsApp thread, you have a single overview of every appointment in your studio.

iPhoneiPadMacWeb

The calendar is your daily control center: here you see what's running, plan what's coming, and take payment right at the appointment. On iPhone a week strip with a day list, on iPad and Mac the full week grid with a detail panel – one place for all appointments, in your studio's time.

Create, edit, reschedule, cancel

You create an appointment with a client, a service variant (name, duration, price), optionally a staff member or "anyone", a date, a time and a note – the end time follows by itself from the duration. Rescheduling simply means changing the date and time in the same form, no extra step. Cancelling takes a quick confirmation and stays reversible. Only an owner or admin may delete for good, with a clear confirmation.

Take payment where the appointment is

Till, payment status and invoice used to be three separate things. In the calendar they're one flow: for a client with an open amount, the sale screen opens, already filled with the booked service – you add products and take the full amount. As soon as it's paid in full, a sequential, unchangeable invoice is created automatically, and the payment button disappears. You can't accidentally take payment twice.

You see at a glance where you stand

Every appointment carries two small chips: one for the payment status (paid, partial, open, refunded) and one for the appointment status. In the week grid on iPad and Mac the status even colors the appointment bar. From the detail you call a client directly with a single tap – her number is right where you need it.

Your times, no daylight-saving stumbles

You enter the time the way it reads on your wall – salon time. It's stored safely converted, and in the form you see your exact time again. The week is always your week: seven days in your salon time zone, Monday to Sunday. If a staff member or a service later becomes inactive, an old appointment still keeps its original variant and stays saveable.
