In the Clients area you keep your directory and see each client's whole salon history at a glance: a searchable A–Z directory, a profile with the basics and a timeline of appointments, payments and invoices – and the call is just one tap away.
A–Z directory with live search
Your clients are ordered alphabetically and grouped into A–Z sections, like in a phone book. You start typing and filter live by name, phone or email. You add a new client with a name (required), phone, email, preferred language and notes – save, done.
One profile, the whole history
The profile shows the basics cleanly laid out; what's empty isn't shown. Below it an activity timeline: appointments, payments, invoices and the day she was added, mixed chronologically, newest first. So "When was she last in, what did she buy?" answers itself in one place.
Call, sell, book – no detours
The number is tappable: one tap hands it to your device's phone dialer – no typing the number out. From the profile you record a spontaneous sale with "Sale" or book a follow-up with "New appointment", with the client already entered in each case. And the preferred language per client is fixed in the profile.
Your data stays your data
Every access is firmly tied to your studio – other studios never see your clients. Adding and editing are seen only by the owner and admin; money amounts in the timeline appear only for authorized roles. When you call, the number is only handed to the dialer, nothing extra is stored.
