Getting started

Your studio ready to go in minutes

No technician, no integrations, no long setup. Three steps – and you're welcoming clients instead of configuring software.

In Bellora you set up your studio in three short steps: choose a language, enter your basics, done. Nothing external has to be connected first for you to start – and if you like, we'll move your data over together with you.

Three steps, nothing more

Bellora walks you through exactly three steps. First you choose the language of your app – English, German or Spanish – and the interface switches over right away. Second you enter your basics: studio name, country, time zone and your business email; a phone number is optional. Third you tap "Done" – and you're inside your studio.

That's it. No list of prerequisites, no waiting screen. Only an owner or admin can activate your studio – so nothing accidentally tips into a half-finished state.

Your country sets the time zone

As soon as you pick your country, Bellora automatically sets the matching time zone. That sounds like a small thing, but it's the most common silent error in booking systems: a wrong time zone shifts every appointment by hours. We take that off your hands from the start – your appointments sit in your studio's time, not in some server's time.

Nothing external blocks your start

With many tools, "getting started" first means: connect integrations, get keys, ask someone for help. Not with Bellora. No extra key, no external connection has to be in place first. You begin right away – and anything more complicated, we handle together with you.

Move over without fear – we do it with you

If you're coming from paper notes, WhatsApp and several apps, you don't have to sort that out alone. Bellora offers a free migration and a 14-day trial: we set up your studio together with you, so everything is in its place on your first real working day.

Honestly empty instead of nicely faked

A freshly set-up studio shows honest empty states in Bellora – no invented demo appointments, no flattering numbers. If nothing is on today, it says "No appointments today. New bookings appear here." That's on purpose: what you see in Bellora is always your real state. This principle – we call it "real data, always" internally – runs through the whole app.
